Dental Implants
Dental implants provide a foundation for replacement teeth that look, feel, and function like natural teeth. No more need to deal with uncomfortable dentures or bridges—with permanent dental implants, a person who has lost teeth regains the ability to eat and smile with effortless confidence.
Dental implants can support replacements for one tooth, several teeth, or even all of the teeth. Dental implants allow outstanding results in both appearance and function of the new teeth.
The implants themselves are titanium cylinders which are surgically implanted into the jawbone where teeth are missing. Small posts are then attached to the implant, providing stable anchors for artificial replacement teeth, from individual teeth to bridges to full dentures. Implants also help preserve facial structure, preventing the bone deterioration that occurs when teeth are missing.
Teeth-in-a-Day is a new procedure that gives patients with missing teeth a brand-new smile in a single office visit. With traditional dental implant techniques, it can take several appointments and up to six months or more before patients are ready to receive their replacement teeth. Teeth-in-a-Day replaces missing or damaged teeth with full function and an excellent cosmetic result in just one day!

Overdentures
Have you lost your teeth and are wearing a removable denture? Toothsavers will now replace your denture with permanent teeth over implants.
Overdentures are a new technology that permanently affixes your denture to your jaw without pastes, glues or liners. Overdentures:
- Do not slip or move,
- Leave your palate uncovered, and
- Are much more comfortable than standard dentures.
We use our own lab and buy our world-class OSSTEM Titanium implant systems direct from the manufacturer so we can pass the savings on to you.
Implant-supported overdentures are highly effective, with a success rate of more than 95% over 10 years. Not only are they very comfortable, they also help preserve the jaw bone—and best of all, you don't have to worry about eating chewy, sticky or tough foods anymore.

ZOOM! Whitening
The ZOOM!® chairside whitening system is a safe, effective and fast way to brighten your teeth in a single office visit. The ZOOM! procedure is much more convenient than wearing trays or strips, making it a great choice for our busy patients.
ZOOM! is done in the office during one visit of an hour or two. At your appointment we apply a gentle, hydrogen peroxide-based whitening gel to your teeth. The gel is then exposed to a high-intensity light. After the treatment, your teeth will be up to 6-10 shades whiter.
Dentist-supervised whitening is one of the safest and most conservative cosmetic dental treatments available. The most common side effect is an increased tooth sensitivity to cold for 1-3 days after treatment.

Invisalign®
Invisalign® is a remarkable system of invisible aligners that help straighten teeth comfortably without metal bands, brackets or wires. The pieces are easily removable so you can eat, drink, brush and floss. Best of all, no one will know you’re wearing Invisalign aligners unless you tell them.

General Dentistry
Comprehensive dental services help you maintain healthy teeth and gums and a winning smile. Coming to the dentist for cleanings is an essential part of keeping your mouth healthy and preventing decay and disease. In addition, exams aid in the early detection of any developing problems, so you can be treated for any problems sooner and more effectively.
Examination
The examination is a complete visual inspection of the oral cavity along with any necessary x-rays to reveal any unforeseen problems. An oral cancer screening is also part of the examination process.
Cleaning (Oral Prophylaxis)
Cleaning is a preventative procedure that is important to have done at least every 6 months, sometimes more often for some individuals.

Fillings
Minor cavities can be restored with either silver or white (tooth-colored) fillings. This type of treatment is a good way of correcting a small problem before it becomes a bigger and more expensive problem.
Extractions
When a tooth is unsavable or it needs to be taken out for other reasons (as for braces), our doctors are skilled in safe and painless tooth removal.
Crowns & Bridges
When too much of a tooth is decayed or broken away, it is best restored with a crown. We offer all types of crowns, including those made of porcelain, acrylic, metal and gold.
When single or multiple teeth are missing, they can be replaced with either fixed or removable bridges.
Enamel Bonding/Veneers
The appearance of malformed, broken, uneven or stained teeth can be amazingly improved by bonding a veneer of porcelain or composite to their surfaces.
Braces, Root Canals, Oral Surgery
These and other speciality areas are discussed on our specialitists page.
